Senior Researcher
- 7+ years experience in Research or within an Insights Team
- Experience working with both Quantitative and Qualitative data
- Experience using research and prototyping tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A real passion for data
Senior Legal Aid
- 10+ years experience with business law and application;
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas- contracting and procurement processes; employment law; data protection and freedom of information; government funding; investment and financial awareness; contract management and dispute resolution; IP protection; local government law and procedures.
Senior Talent Manager
7+ years in Talent management, ideally having managed hiring in a fast moving, technology-enabled environment
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and navigating a international environment
Deep understanding of the talent ecosystem, particularly within technical talent pools, and know how to access them
Growth mindset and love pivoting or adapting to fresh challenges
Data driven in your thinking and execution
Passion for start ups and technology, with a drive for building organisations that have a positive impact on the society
Technical Lead
- 7+ years of experience at innovative startup/company
- Led high-performing, happy teams building complex software with particular influence over prototyping and delivery
- Substantial experience in designing and building complex systems and data heavy products
- Empathetic communicator who can navigate tricky situations, and being objective and structured in your approach to all management matters
- Strong believer in teamwork.
- Comfortable with unstructured problems.
- Research experience is nice to have, but not a requirement
Writer
• 3+ years experience in technical writing
• 2+ years working with R&D teams
• Good understanding of IT industry, research markets, and data products are an advantage
• Ability to deliver on multiple projects efficiently
• Experience with Microsoft Office software
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
• English proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken). Skills in another language is an asset
• Experience with agile way of working (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
Accounting Assistant
- A degree or professional education in the accounting field
- 1+ years relevant professional experience in an accounting field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory. Another language is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills as well as a growth mindset.
- Passion for ethics and confidentiality.
